We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and experienced Kindergarten / Playschool Coordinator – Centre Head to lead the day-to-day operations of our preschool. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, organisational, and people-management skills, along with a genuine love for working with young children.

The Centre Head will be responsible for ensuring a safe, happy, nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for children while effectively coordinating teachers, parents, and administrative activities.
- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the preschool.
- Coordinate curriculum implementation and ensure quality, child-centred learning.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, discipline,



and a nurturing school environment.
- Manage parent communication, meetings, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Handle admission enquiries, campus visits, follow-ups, and enrolment support.
- Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, activities, and field trips.
- Maintain student, staff, attendance, academic, and administrative records.
- Drive continuous improvement while supporting the school’s educational goals and vision.

Pay: ₹19,803.17 - ₹22,545.70 per month
