We are looking for an experienced Amazon E-commerce Growth & Marketplace Manager

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, Amazon SEO, listing optimization, organic ranking, sales growth and marketplace analytics.

We need someone who can independently analyze the account, identify problems, execute strategies and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central account independently.
- Drive Amazon sales, organic growth and overall marketplace performance.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images and A+ Content.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve product indexing and organic keyword rankings.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Manage Auto, Broad, Phrase, Exact and ASIN/Product targeting campaigns.
- Optimize bids, budgets and negative keywords.
- Analyze Search Term Reports and PPC performance.
- Monitor and improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.




- Monitor Account Health, Buy Box, inventory, FBA/FBM and catalog issues.
- Handle suppressed listings, stranded inventory and Amazon Support cases.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion and keyword-ranking data.
- Identify reasons for sales/ranking decline and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor product-wise sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with creative, inventory and other internal teams.
- Manage/coordinate other marketplaces such as Flipkart, etc .

Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Strong experience in Amazon PPC/Amazon Ads.
- Strong Amazon SEO and listing optimization knowledge.
- Proven experience in improving Amazon sales and/or organic rankings.
- Strong understanding of: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR
- Experience with Amazon Account Health, inventory, Buy Box and c
