Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Gurukrupa Enterprise .The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, generating and following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, visiting clients, coordinating site visits, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through references, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Visit customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Develop recent business opportunities and expand the client network.
- Coordinate with the team for site measurements, quotations, and project requirements.




- Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to management.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in Aluminium Windows, Doors, Glass, Construction, Interior, or Building Materials will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and other digital tools.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.

Pay: ₹9,966.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dashrath, Vadodara, Gujarat
