Presage Insights is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a strong, performance-driven team and culture.

We are an industrial technology company building AI, IoT and Reliability Intelligence solutions for manufacturing industries, working with some of India’s leading industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across technical, sales, operations and corporate roles
- Source, screen and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction and employee exit processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits and statutory compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Support performance reviews, KRAs/KPIs and employee development
- Handle employee engagement, feedback and grievance resolution
- Work closely with founders and functional leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Help build a strong,



accountable and positive company culture
- Track HR metrics including hiring pipeline, attrition, employee performance and manpower requirements

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Valuable understanding of Indian labour regulations and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Experience hiring for engineering, technology, industrial, manufacturing or B2B sales roles would be an advantage
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
