Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE and the Retail Assets (Retail Loans) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional testing of core banking applications, with a thorough understanding of retail lending products and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes. The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality delivery of banking solutions. Oracle FLEXCUBE QA roles typically involve functional, integration, regression, UAT support, and validation of banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, and UAT Testing for Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail Assets modules.
- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.




- Design, review, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Validate end-to-end retail loan workflows including:
- Loan Origination
- Loan Booking
- Loan Disbursement
- EMI Schedule Validation
- Interest & Charges Calculation
- Repayment Processing
- Foreclosure / Part Prepayment
- NPA Classification
- Loan Closure
- Perform backend data validation using SQL queries.
- Validate interfaces with surrounding banking systems and APIs.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira/ALM.
- Coordinate with Development, Business, and UAT teams for issue resolution.
- Support production validation and release activities.
- Prepare Test Summary Reports, Defect Reports, and QA documentation.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of Software Testing experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Assets / Retail Lending domain.
