Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Negotiate salary and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.

Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining process.





Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Stay updated on recruitment trends and effective sourcing techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Positive knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
