About the Role

We're looking for an HR professional who understands the
Staff Augmentation business
—someone who can generate vendor requirements, market our bench resources, place developers on client projects, and simultaneously build our internal talent pipeline.

This isn't a traditional HR role. It's a
revenue-focused HR position
where hiring meets business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Augmentation (Primary Responsibility – 70%)
- Build relationships with staffing vendors across India and the US.
- Collect daily client requirements from vendors.
- Match and market our bench developers for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate rates and manage submissions.
- Track interview status, feedback, offers, and placements.
- Build a strong network of vendors for consistent business.
- Ensure maximum utilization of bench resources.





Internal Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Forecast upcoming hiring requirements.
- Source and hire developers, recruiters, sales professionals, and support staff.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain a solid talent pipeline for future business needs.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in
IT Staff Augmentation
.
- Strong vendor management and networking skills.
- Experience marketing bench consultants.
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, Full-Time, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire hiring models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
