About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. You'll work across the stack — building features end-to-end, from database to UI — as part of our sprint-based delivery process. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a cog-in-a-machine position.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain web applications across frontend and backend
- Design and integrate REST APIs
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to model and manage data
- Collaborate directly with designers and other engineers within two-week sprint cycles
- Write clean, tested,



maintainable code — not just code that works, code you'd be comfortable handing off
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a full stack developer
- Solid experience with a up-to-date frontend framework (React preferred)
- Backend experience with Node.js
- Comfortable working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows
- Ability to work independently within a sprint structure and communicate progress clearly
- Bonus: experience with mobile development (React Native/Flutter), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or CI/CD pipelines
