Role Description
The HR Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi,



responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for the foundation’s staff and volunteers. The HR Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support programs across multiple states and territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. The role also involves managing performance review processes, supporting Learning & Development initiatives, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with program leaders and senior management to align HR practices with the foundation’s mission and operational needs.
