Role: Associate Technical Business Systems Analyst – RPA Tools

Job Description

We are looking to hire an Associate Technical Business Systems Analyst who will play a vital role at MillerKnoll. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent technical and communication skills, who can join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will effectively collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop functionality and enhancements for the Robotic Process Automation work. In their day-to-day operations,



this role will also field and resolve usage issues and perform other duties as assigned, that align with the role’s responsibilities and are required for the business. This role provides an opportunity to join our Business Process Automation team. While focused on professional development and hands-on training with RPA tools, this position will have exposure to agentic AI platforms and opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure seamless alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, enhancing workflows, and supporting teams on their automation journeys.
