RPJ Jewellers Private Limited is an established jewellery business based in Kinari Bazaar, Agra, with a strong focus on wholesale jewellery and B2B customer relationships.

We are looking for a smart, energetic and experienced Sales Manager who has practical experience in the jewellery industry, preferably in wholesale jewellery/B2B jewellery sales.

Role

The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing jewellery sales, handling existing B2B customers, understanding customer requirements, following up with clients and supporting the growth of the wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle wholesale jewellery customers and dealer/client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products and designs.




- Generate repeat business from existing B2B customers.
- Develop new jewellery dealer/client relationships.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and customer communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order execution.
- Maintain proper customer and sales records in the company's systems/software.
- Track customer follow-ups, pending requirements and sales opportunities.
- Understand market trends, customer preferences and competing products.
- Support sales planning and achievement of business targets.
- Maintain professional and long-term relationships with jewellery retailers/dealers.
- Take ownership of assigned customers and sales responsibilities.
- Work systematically using CRM/software and other digital tools.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–7 years of relevant work experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in jewellery sales will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in wholesale jewellery / B2B
