Furthermore, you will drive end-to-end performance evaluations, monitor employee satisfaction metrics, and orchestrate engaging connectivity initiatives like town halls to retain and excite top talent. Operating with an audit mindset, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain flawless data integrity in People Central and ensure compliance,
