Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete QA/QC function and manage the quality team.
- Establish and implement quality standards, inspection procedures and QMS.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Ensure quality of AHU, FCU, sheet metal, coils, filters, blowers, motors, panels and related components.
- Identify quality issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct internal, supplier and process quality audits.
- Monitor rejection, rework, defects and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, PPC and NPD teams for quality improvement.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and MIS.
- Ensure calibration of measuring and testing instruments.




- Develop and monitor supplier quality standards.
- Train production and quality teams on quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC manufacturing and sheet metal processes.
- Experience with AHU/FCU and HVAC components.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, FMEA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer and supplier quality management.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
