Admin / Operations Executive – Accord Fitness, Dwarka Sector 8

Accord Fitness is a fitness centre in Dwarka Sector 8, Current Delhi. Members notice trainers and equipment; what they don't notice is the person who makes sure the gym opens on time, stays spotless, and never runs out of anything. That's the role we're hiring for. What you'll handle
- Day-to-day operations: opening/closing checklists, housekeeping supervision, and keeping the floor, washrooms, and equipment area in top condition
- Maintenance coordination: logging equipment issues, chasing AMC vendors and technicians, and making sure repairs actually happen
- Vendor and supplies management: purchase tracking, stock of consumables (cleaning supplies, water, merchandise), and negotiating with local suppliers
- Records and compliance: member records, staff attendance and shift rosters, licences and renewals, basic petty cash and expense logs
- Supporting the owner and sales team with reports, billing entries, and whatever keeps the gym running smoothly





What we're looking for
- 1–4 years in an admin, operations, facility, or back-office role (gym/hospitality/retail background is a plus, not a must)
- Organised and reliable: you keep lists, close loops, and don't need reminders
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic billing or record-keeping software
- Able to firmly follow up with vendors and housekeeping staff in Hindi; basic English for records and reports

What you'll get
