- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
- Meet hiring targets within specified timelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
