Graphic Design Intern at Codekraft Studio (Tirupati)

Codekraft Studio is a creative production and performance marketing agency based in Tirupati. We handle social media, branding, video production and paid ads for schools, restaurants, clinics and retail brands across the region.

One thing you should know upfront: we do not use AI to make creative work. Every poster, carousel, thumbnail and brand asset that leaves this studio is designed by a human. If you're looking for a place to prompt your way through a workday, this isn't it. If you want to actually get valuable at design, keep reading.

What you'll do

Design social media creatives (static posts, carousels, story graphics) for live client accounts
Work on brand identity elements: logos, colour systems, typography, brand kits
Create thumbnails, posters, menus, flyers and print collateral
Adapt existing brand systems across formats and sizes without breaking them
Sit in on shoots and content planning sessions so you understand where the work comes from
Take feedback, revise, and revise again.



The first version is never the one that ships

What we're looking for

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma or After Effects is a bonus)
A portfolio. College work, personal projects, freelance, doesn't matter. We want to see how you think, not where you studied
A real sense of layout, spacing, hierarchy and type. This matters more than software skills
Willingness to redo work. Interns who take feedback personally don't last here
Based in Tirupati or willing to relocate. This is an in office role and design gets better when you're in the room

What you'll get

Stipend of ₹8,000 per month
Duration of 3 months. Perform well and this converts into a full time role. That's the actual intent here, not a throwaway line
Direct mentorship from the founder and senior design team, with no being parked on filler tasks
Real client work in your portfolio from month one, not mock projects
Certificate on completion
