Role Summary

The State Head LAP will be responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and profitability of the Loan Against Property portfolio across the assigned City. The role requires leadership in sales, channel development, team management, and strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Drive LAP business growth and achieve City-level disbursement targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share.
- Manage the complete business cycle from sourcing to disbursement.
- Ensure sustainable and profitable portfolio growth.

Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Teams.
- Set performance goals and monitor productivity across the state.




- Drive a high-performance sales culture through continuous coaching and reviews.

Channel & Partnership Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Expand and manage distribution networks across the state.
- Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market penetration.

Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and risk indicators.
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance.

Market Expansion
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Identify high-potential geographies and drive expansion initiatives.
- Strengthen brand presence and business visibility across the state.
