Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Material Management operations through ERP.
- Ensure accurate material receipt, issue, transfer, and return transactions in the ERP system.
- Maintain complete stock and inventory management across project sites and stores.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure reconciliation of physical stock with ERP records.
- Create and maintain Item Masters, Vendor Masters, BOMs, and material codes in ERP.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams for seamless material flow and reporting.
- Generate and analyse inventory reports, stock ageing reports, and MIS regularly.
- Ensure timely inward and outward entries, gate pass management, and documentation control.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and prevent material shortages or excess inventory.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust understanding of ERP-based Material Management Modules.
Hands-on experience in inventory control and store operations in the Real Estate sector.
