Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in IT Product Sales, IT Hardware Sales, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Corporate Sales.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, managing enterprise accounts, building customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and acquire new B2B, corporate, enterprise, OEM, retail, and government customers.
- Map target organizations and identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, market research, and business development activities.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement understanding, presentation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts and enterprise customers.




- Expand existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and hardware solutions.
- Prepare account-wise sales strategies and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, customer information, and business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
