About the Role

YOUTOTECH is looking for a Growth Manager who will be responsible for creating and improving systems that generate consistent business growth.

This is not an office administration role.

The Growth Manager will work closely with the business owner to improve lead generation, marketing performance, sales systems and business processes while guiding the in-house Office & Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate should think strategically, make data-driven decisions and help build scalable systems for business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth Strategy
- Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans.
- Identify new markets and customer segments.
- Recommend new services and business opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends.




- Improve customer acquisition strategies.

Lead Generation
- Design lead-generation systems.
- Identify the best channels for acquiring clients.
- Improve cold email, cold calling and outreach strategies.
- Create lead qualification processes.
- Improve sales conversion rates.

Marketing & Advertising
- Plan Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor advertising performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on data.
- Improve cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with designers or content creators when needed.

Sales Process
- Build and improve the sales pipeline.
- Create sales scripts and outreach templates.
- Design follow-up systems.
- Review CRM reports.
- Improve lead-to-client conversion.

Recruitment Support
- Help define hiring requirements.
- Recommend recruitment strategies.
- Review candidates for key positions when required.
- Build hiring processes and SOPs.
