What you will be doing

Help people make better financial decisions
- Conduct financial awareness and well-being sessions through online and offline platforms.
- Educate individuals and families on wealth creation, financial protection, and long-term financial planning.

Build meaningful relationships
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their financial goals.
- Build trust-based relationships that create lasting value for clients and the organization.
- Grow your network through referrals, events, and community engagement.

Guide clients on their financial journey
- Recommend suitable solutions including Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, Term Insurance, and other financial products.




- Help clients make informed decisions using Manavi Wealth's proven in-house proprietary approach.

Drive business growth and make an impact
- Generating and converting leads into long-term client relationships.
- Achieve agreed business and client acquisition goals.
- Effectively address client queries and concerns with confidence and professionalism.

Collaborate and Learn
- Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver seamless client experience.
- Continuously build your knowledge of financial products, markets, and client advisory practices.

What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field.
- Up to 2+ years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Financial Services.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- A self-driven, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.
