About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Lead to drive large-scale recruitment and HR business partnering for our growing Technical Facilities Management and Maintenance Services business.



The role requires a strong recruitment leader capable of managing high-volume hiring while partnering with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workforce effectiveness across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technician, supervisor, engineer, and middle-management positions.
- Drive annual hiring targets of 1,500 - 2,000 employees across multiple locations and business verticals.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, contractors, institutes, and local hiring channels.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for technical and maintenance service roles.
- Manage recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment
