We are currently seeking a SAP PP/QM to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

PP/QM

Confirm all necessary Mfg. SPRO configuration is in place for the new plant.
- Update MFG Z tables with new plant codes.
- Must convert the plant specific Mfg. master data such as BOMs, Work Center/Resources, Task Lists (Rate Routings/Master Recipes/Inspection Plans), Production Versions, Functional Locations, etc. to the new plant number.
- Review any custom/configured functionality for hard coded values.
- Update custom plant specific functionality for new plant. Example, process order COR6 confirmation parameters.
- Update jobs variants with plant specific settings for background jobs in PP and QM.
- Review and test QM outputs forms for new plant/cc codes.
- Execute test scenarios for the recent plant/cc codes ensuring mfg. functionality works.
- Go-Live: Close out transactional data such as process orders, inspection lots in old plant.
- Go-Live: Create new transactional data such as process orders.
- Go-Live: Ensure raw material inventory is in place.
- Go-Live: Decide on plant specific batch classification and update if necessary. Business Decision.
