We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Intern - Talent Acquisition who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in Human Resources, especially in the IT hiring domain.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessment.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations
- Prepare and share interview reports and recruitment MIS.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and offer-related records.
- Assist in onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Support HR projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Completed Final Year).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing method
