We are looking for a proactive, empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our team and help prospective students and parents navigate their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct 1-on-1 and group counselling sessions for prospective students and parents.
-Manage end-to-end admissions: handle inquiries (calls/walk-ins), schedule appointments, and follow up on leads via CRM.
-Recommend suitable academic programs based on student aspirations and background.
-Drive student enrollments to achieve individual and team targets.
-Represent the institute at education fairs, webinars, and outreach events.

What We Are Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal rapport, and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
-Target-driven, empathetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
-Prior experience in EdTech, educational counselling, or coaching institutes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
