Job Summary

Subhi Satcom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in the EMS industry. The candidate must have practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, accounting, purchase processes, PO, BOE, vendor bill verification, GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and expense entries.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

Purchase & Vendor Management
- Understand and manage the complete purchase accounting process.
- Check Purchase Orders (POs), vendor quotations, rates,



quantities, taxes, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for pending invoices and required documents.

Vendor Bill Verification
- Verify vendor invoices against PO, GRN/material receipt, and supporting documents.
- Check quantity, rate, GST, TDS, and other applicable charges.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before bills are processed for payment.

GST & TDS – Mandatory
- Must have strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Verify GST details on purchase and vendor invoices.
- Understand Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST-related accounting entries.
- Assist with GST reconciliation and compliance.
- Understand applicable TDS sections, rates, deductions, and accounting entries.
