POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for 24 experienced F&B; Waiters to join an ultra-luxury private residence in Colaba, Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in premium F&B; service, preferably with reputed 5-star and luxury hotel brands.

Candidates should have robust expertise in fine dining, formal table service, guest handling, and personalised hospitality, with the ability to maintain impeccable service standards in a private UHNI residence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide personalised and attentive F&B; service to the family and guests.
- Deliver formal and informal dining service as per residence requirements.
- Maintain excellent standards of table setup, service sequence, and presentation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of fine dining service, table etiquette, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Assist with formal dinners,



private events, parties, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the Chef and F&B; Supervisor to ensure smooth meal service.
- Understand and respond to guest preferences and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
- Ensure proper handling and upkeep of crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, and F&B; equipment.
- Assist with mise-en-place and preparation before every service.
- Maintain professional grooming, posture, etiquette, and communication at all times.
- Work closely with other residence staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality while working with the family and guests.
- Handle last-minute guest requirements efficiently and professionally.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B; service.
