Role & responsibilities
- Should be working in Plant Accounts in position of leadership
- Driving initiatives for cost reduction/ control
- Preparation Budget vs Actual
- Performance Analysis and suggesting improvement
- Dealing with Statutory Auditor Big 4 or 6/ Internal Auditor of repute
- Controlling and Finalization of Balance sheet, Monthly MIS,
- CAPEX Control & FAR
- Dealing with Cross Functional Teams
- Experience in Handling Large Teams
- Worked on internal Finance Control implementation / and Standard Operating Procedure implementation
- Knowledge of Income Tax/ GST/ IND AS / companies Act / Compliances
- Working knowledge of Oracle
Good knowledge of Costing for Inventory Valuation
DESIRED SKILLS
- Articleship from positive CA Firm
- Should be from Listed Entity with turnover >1000 cr.
- Worked at senior level position in plant for 5 years.
- Age 45-50 years
