Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IT systems and resolve them efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken.
- Need to visit site locations as well for site support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and colleagues alike.
