Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The Store Executive will oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and issuing materials, components, and finished goods. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, updating inventory systems, organizing storage areas,



and coordinating with production, purchase, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, preparing regular inventory reports, assisting with stock audits, and ensuring proper handling, labeling, and safety practices within the store. The Store Executive will interact with internal stakeholders and vendors, address queries related to materials, and support efficient workflow in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Inspect received materials for quantity and visible quality.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system or inventory registers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Depart
