About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships across corporate, automotive and other B2B sectors.
The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, client meetings, business development and closing sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities across Corporate, Automotive and other B2B sectors.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings and presentations to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable uniform and apparel solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with production, design and operations teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors, industry trends and business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Update sales reports and customer information in CRM.
- Represent the organization at trade events, exhibitions and networking opportunities when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales.
- Experience in uniform sales or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
