Roles & Responsibilities
- Climb telecom towers and perform work-at-height activities safely.
- Install, mount, align, and maintain antennas, RRUs, and telecom equipment.
- Install and route RF, feeder, fiber, and power cables.
- Perform equipment replacement and site maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Report site issues and complete daily work reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 Years in Telecom / Tower Rigger.
- Qualification: 10th / Inter / ITI / Diploma.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Willing to travel to telecom sites.
- Basic knowledge of telecom equipment preferred.
- 2-Wheeler and Driving License Mandatory.
