Job Role:- Junior HR Executive
Job Location:- Naigaon Highway, Mumbai. (Pickup & Drop facilities available from Vasai Station)
- Support in Managing end-to-end onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Support Handling of attendance management, time office activities, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Working on HRMS/payroll software handling, employee data management, and generating MIS reports.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing employee letters including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Warning Letters, and Relieving/Experience Letters.
- Supporting employee engagement activities, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
- Assisting in grievance handling, employee coordination,



and maintaining smooth HR operations.
- Assisting and supporting to HR Team for any other HR related activities.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
