Job Description:
- Prepare detailed plumbing layout drawings, drainage layouts, water supply systems, rainwater harvesting, and external utility networks.
- Develop shop drawings and coordinated drawings with other services like electrical and HVAC.
- Create schematic diagrams and water supply/soil-waste stack riser diagrams.
- Generate BOQ support drawings and as-built drawings.
- Incorporate engineers’ inputs, site mark-ups, and revisions in the drawings.
- Follow project CAD standards and maintain layer discipline.
- Ensure drawings are completed and submitted on schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for drawing clarifications.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.




- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and relevant codes.
- Ability to read and interpret design inputs and technical documents.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Draftsman ship or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MEP consultancy or construction firm.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
