Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for insurance professionals on compliance, process, product knowledge, sales, and soft skills.
- Facilitate interactive sessions to engage participants and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop customized training materials using PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other tools as needed.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
- Robust facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint slides.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
