We are looking for professionals with experience in customer incentives, rebates, reconciliation, customer payments or related financial operations.

Key skills and experience:

Customer incentives and rebate administration

Customer incentives reconciliation

Agreement administration and validation

Customer payments and Accounts Receivable

Financial reconciliations and exception management

Funding and promotional programmes

Supplier support

Operational and financial reporting

Internal controls, audit and compliance

Basic accounting and financial-control knowledge

Good written and verbal English communication

Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge





Candidates with experience in Salesforce, CRM, REBA, SAP or similar financial/case-management systems will be preferred.

Qualification:

B.Com
, BBA or
M.Com
preferred

B.Tech
candidates with relevant experience may also be considered

Candidates should have a stable employment history

Work arrangement:

Work from Office during the initial 7–10 weeks of training

After training: two days per week from the office

Important requirements:

Immediate joiners only

Must be able to join on or before 31 August 2026

Should be available for interview from Monday onwards

Valuable communication skills are mandatory

Candidates currently in Noida/NCR or comfortable working from Noida are preferred
