Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of buyers, merchandisers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current products, promotions, and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform buying decisions and optimize product assortment.
Job Requirements :
- 2.5-6 years of experience in ecommerce marketing or related field.
- Proven track record in developing successful category management strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify Plus or similar systems.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
