Winet Infratel is looking for an HR Generalist who will wear two hats: a hands-on people-operations professional handling recruitment and day-to-day HR generalist responsibilities, and a functional consultant working closely with our technical/engineering teams to design and roll out an in-house HR automation software suite (attendance management, leave management, salary/payroll sheet calculation and related HR workflows).

This is an in-person role. You will spend significant time directly with the technical/development team — translating real HR processes into functional requirements, testing built modules and iterating with engineers — alongside your core generalist duties of hiring and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

A. HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout for open positions across departments.
- Handle onboarding and induction for recent hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain employee records, HR files and statutory compliance documentation.




- Administer day-to-day HR operations: attendance tracking, leave approvals, grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance management cycles, appraisals and policy communication.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

B. HR Systems / Software Automation (Consulting with Technical Team)
- Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) bridging HR process knowledge and the technical development team building Winet's internal HR software.
- Document current HR workflows (attendance, leave, payroll/salary calculation, reimbursements, appraisals) in detail to translate into functional requirements/specifications for developers.
