We are looking for an experienced
Senior Marine Crewing & Personnel Manager
to join our team

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in Marine Crewing / Ship Management

• Robust experience in fleet-level crewing operations

• Expertise in seafarer recruitment, crew planning and crew changes

• Knowledge of
MLC 2006, Flag State & maritime compliance

• Experience with crew travel, visas, documentation and cost control

• Strong stakeholder and team-management skills

• Experience with
Oil, Chemical or Gas Tankers
will be preferred

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Advanced Excel and crewing systems
