- Ensure all required drawings are accounted for and coordinate follow-ups for: Initial GADs, Revised GADs, Fabrication Drawings, Detailed Part Drawings, Cladding Drawings, and all other necessary drawings.
- Follow-up on PR activities of items for each project, verifying the status against the SAP BOM, GAD, and the Glass Status for each project.
- Follow-up on the Material Receipt Status of all items for each project and procurement activities of items for projects.
- Conducting Tool Box Meetings with Department Heads to discuss all active projects regarding any concerns, requirements, and key action points
- Fabrication Status, Looking into Fabrication requirements regarding Drawings or Materials.
- Recent Jobs Project Schedule Preparation for Client submission, and Preparation & release of Detailed Fabrication Schedules for Fabrication Dept after Fabrication Drgs released.
- Fabrication Route Card Preparation as per the Fabrication Schedule
- Preparation of Monthly Dispatch Plan, Monthly Fabrication Plan, Monthly Assembly Plan
- Provide support to projects managment by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and assisting with any other related tasks.
