Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial technical/HR screening and shortlist candidates.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Maintain regular client interaction for requirement clarification, candidate updates, and feedback.
- Drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
