We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team and work on client‑facing projects in Capital Markets business domain. The role requires robust technical expertise, proven ability to apply AI coding assistants effectively, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, product owners, and distributed engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end solutions using .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core) and Angular.
Take ownership of full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑release support
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance web applications
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party services
Ensure high code quality through clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce engineering standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in collaboration with DevOps and support teams
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate directly with clients, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions
Participate actively in technical discussions, estimations, and solution design
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients, including trade‑offs and best practices
Adapt quickly to changing requirements across different client projects and domains
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders
Team Contribution
Work effectively in cross‑functional, distributed Agile teams
Mentor and support junior and mid‑level developers
Contribute to knowledge sharing, internal documentation, and best practices
Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmaps
