About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
CA Articled Assistant
who has
cleared both groups of CA Intermediate
and is looking to gain practical exposure across finance, taxation, accounting, compliance, and advisory.

The role will involve working on real client assignments and supporting the team across multiple areas of financial management and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities
- Support
V-CFO and financial advisory assignments
, including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, board packs, and management reporting.
- Assist with
direct and indirect taxation, GST, TDS, income tax, corporate law,



and regulatory compliance
assignments.
- Support
accounting and finance operations
, including bookkeeping, AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with
client and stakeholder discussions
, financial presentations, research, and decision-support requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate
working papers, documentation, and compliance records
.
- Support senior team members with financial analysis, reporting, and other client-specific requirements.

Candidate Profile
- CA Intermediate – Both Groups cleared is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
- Interest in taxation, compliance, finance, and advisory.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel
