We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Franchise Sales to drive franchise expansion and develop strong partnerships across the assigned region.

This role is ideal for a sales skilled who understands franchise business development and has experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Franchise Expansion
- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Identify potential cities, markets,



and business opportunities for expansion.
- Generate qualified franchise leads through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential territories.
- Develop relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and education-focused business owners.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related specialization is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Education Sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Solid experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates with experience in the education sector will be preferred.
