About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales, Service, or other departments.
- Attend and manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.
- Maintain the visitor register and front-office records.
- Coordinate customer appointments, meetings,



and showroom visits.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and escalate them to the concerned department.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive organizational and time-management abilities.

Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or automobile dealership operations.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 Per Month
