The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
1. Independently operating CNC HBM and CNC Milling machines.
2. Performing precision machining using Siemens or Haas controllers (preferred).
3. Ensuring machining accuracy as per close‑tolerance assembly requirements.
4. Using measuring instruments effectively and performing accurate on‑machine inspection.
5. Carrying out on‑machine customer offer/inspection for critical dimensions.
6. Applying process knowledge to achieve results as per drawing tolerances and GD&T.;
7. Aligning fabricated jobs on CNC HBM/Milling machines to maintain allowances and correct datums.
8. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance requirements.
9.
Applying knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tool life management.
10. Performing self‑inspection of components and able to fill checklist.
11. Maintaining cycle‑time data and driving cycle‑time optimization.
12. Initiating and implementing Kaizens for quality and productivity improvement.
13. Preparing in‑process inspection reports, SOPs, and TPM documents.
14. Ensuring compliance with QMS, OHSMS, and EMS requirements.
- Leading TPM circle activities and fostering continuous improvement.
