Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North, focused on driving real estate sales and revenue growth. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to property presentations,



negotiations, and closure of deals. The Senior Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable properties or solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners for a smooth transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and channel partners, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports. The role offers a compensation of approximately 5 LPA and requires active participation in local market activities and events to strengthen Square Yards’ presence in Bengaluru North.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and consultative selling
