Role Description
The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the brewpub. This includes managing staff scheduling, supervising floor service, and ensuring that guests receive a consistently high-quality food and beverage experience.



The role involves monitoring inventory and stock levels, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. The Restaurant Manager will handle customer feedback, resolve service issues, and support marketing initiatives such as theme nights and special events. The position also includes training and mentoring team members, managing budgets, and working with senior management to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Robust restaurant or hospitality operations skills, including floor management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in people management, including team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
