Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities for Retail Store Manager / Supervisor.

a. To achieve the budgeted Turnover & Profitability for the Retail outlet through:

1. Sales maximizations

2. Volume forecasting and follow up for the procurement for supply

3. Farmers level Promotion activities

4. In-store customer handling

5. Inventory management & stock replenishment

b. Cost reduction

1. Effective utilization of resources in the store like power etc

2. Optimum expenditure on daily maintenance work

c. To develop large number of loyal customers for MGC through:

1. Repeat Purchase promotion

2. Increasing membership base

d. Increasing Value for money from the center

e. Setting up visual merchandising as per the guidelines

f. Develop and motivate field promotion team and other staff

g. Business development in the taluk where the store is located to increase customer footfall
