Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead tax transformation and technology initiatives focused on
US and Non-US Tax Provision

,
Pillar Two implementation

, and
advanced tax analytics solutions

. The role requires solid domain expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to drive automation using Python and Power Query.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Provision Leadership
- Lead delivery of:
- US Tax Provision (ASC 740)
- International/Non-US Tax Provision
- Tax reporting and close processes
- Review tax calculations, provision models, and supporting workpapers.
- Advise clients on tax process optimization and operating model enhancements.

Pillar Two Advisory & Implementation
- Lead Pillar Two impact assessments and implementation workstreams.




- Design GloBE data collection frameworks and calculation models.
- Support development of sustainable Pillar Two reporting solutions.
- Advise clients on governance, controls, and data management requirements.

Tax Technology & Automation
- Design and implement automation solutions using Python and Power Query.
- Lead development of tax data models, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for AI, advanced analytics, and process automation within tax functions.
- Drive adoption of tax technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.

Project & Team Management
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Mentor consultants and analysts.
- Review deliverables and ensure quality standards.
- Participate in business development, proposal development, and client presentations.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a key contact for client stakeholders
